This is only a guess, but I think any fruit juice whether it be blueberry or pomegranate has probably more anti-oxidants and other nutritional value as it is extracted from whole fruits. And it is 20 times the calories also from fructose. Fruit juices also contain vitamins, minerals tea will never be, but Green tea comes from the leaves of a plant (Camelia sinensis) and has no calories (until you add sugar or milk into it).
