Do you like sweet tea?
It is a big thing here in the south yall. (I live in Texas), a company out of Austin makes several varieties, and I wonder what yall like best, you must rank 1-2-3 among the following: * Green Tea * Premium green tea leaves infused with peppermint and real honey * Sweet Tea * Preminum black tea leaves sweetened with real cane sugar * Lemonade Tea half half * Premium black tea mixed with lemon juice and cane sugar, I am in no way affiliated with the company just want to get insight. Bonus question: Since it is an organic product, how long would you estimate that I have to drink it before it goes bad? I am not very familiar with environmentally friendly products, which is why I ask. Thank you for your time, yall take 'is easy now! SWEET LEAF, the Janz, my excuse not to specify, and I love those things just normally get HEB brand.

Is Green Tea Helps you loose weight?
The Japanese lady near my home bought me some organtic green tea. She said that it would help burn fat. It makes me feel better when I'm tired, but it also makes u pee a lot lol.
She is correct, but not misled. Green tea is high in several antioxidants that help increase metabolism and fight cancer. Organic green tea would be beneficial, but the things you find in bottles or cans with names Arizona, Lipton or Snapple are worthless because they are filled with high fructose corn syrup, which is the father of all dietary evil. Remember also that drinking two liters of green tea a day will not be any help if the rest of your diet is not okay. So if you want to lose weight and you want to use green tea to help, so make sure you drink 100% pure green tea (you can add a little Splenda to sweeten it if you can not tolerate taste) and use healthy sense for the rest of your diet – avoid fast food, junk food, sodas, juices that are not 100% juices, refined flour / sugar, trans fat and saturated fat when possible and looking for whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lowfat dairy, lean meat, eggs and nuts instead.
