Loose leaf (gourmet) green tea question? Is flavored okay for weight loss?
My husband and I recently got turned on loose leaf tea. I wanted to start drinking green tea to add to my weight loss my man. And I've looked into flavored green tea loose leaves. Most "Vanilla Green te "from Adagio. Do you think that would make tea less effective or not EFFFECT it all? As I said I am new to the loose leaf tea (I've never been very of a tea drinker until I tried my first cup of tea leaf tackle last weekend.) Any help would be much appreciated!

Not to answer your question, but are you absolutely sure that the green tea, traditionally manufactured in China comes from the same plant as black tea, which is popular in the Middle East? I am not talking about packaged tea that you can buy in stores. Most of them taste the same. But if you take the time to drinking tea from their original lands, they taste very different. I could be wrong, but the leaves have never looked the same for me, they never smelled the same was not their texture the same. If you know absoultely sure that they are from the same site, than I think you've found an interesting question in the process of making tea, that if properly investigated can reveal secrets.
