Is it bad to drink Chai Tea Green Tea when you pregnant?
I would love a hot cup of Chai Tea right now, but Im afraid it is too caffinated! Please let me know what ya know!
You can try white tea. White tea is the least processed tea and thus tastes the most like fresh leaves or grass. They have also lowest amount of caffeine and it most likely has the highest antioxidant properties. Congratulations!

Chai spice tea bags anyone?
I love chai and I do it from the original ingredients, but when Im on the run I would love to steep a bag of chai and add honey and milk to it. Someone knows someone chai spice tea bag brands they recommend a strong spicey flavor? Also, where can I buy these brands?
Ajanta is a good brand, and I suggest pumpkin chai too. Very good ^ ^
