Cannabis indica te ……………….?
Hi I suffer from chronic bad insomnia. I would like to learn something simple, quick and easy how to making tea or another more simple edible before you go to bed. An edible is healthier, and it stays longer in your system that I want, so I can stay asleep through the night. I've tried to google it, but I do not know if I understand the instructions properly. Directions is something boiling water, add boiling indica time, let it simmer for an hour to two hours with low heat, add butter (table butter?) Is directions correct, why do I need to add butter?
You can turn it into a tea and here's how. First, you would be better off using trim leaves with a small knob mixed in. There is enough trichomes on leaves (highly weeds, at least) to make you feel it. Start with cold water and ice. Lots of ice and at least one liter of water, depending on how much hash you. The trichomes are not water soluble, since they are oil based, but in cold water when you mix it up with a stick blender, you can break the trichomes from plant material. After mixing weed with ice water for about 15 minutes, you strain it out through some cheese cloth in a big pot. Heat the water in pot until reduced by half. Voila, you have "improved" water great for making tea. You can make plain ol 'Lipton's tea, or you can flavor it with whatever you want. Drink it slowly until you find out what your limit is. Depending on how much the "essence" did it on their way into your cup of tea, you can be flying after a cup. Takes about 40 minutes for the effects to set in after a meal as I can guess it could be the same for tea. The reason you would cook the weed in butter, if you plan to make cookies or brownies or something similar. Just to make tea, butter is recommended not and will probably taste shit. Seriously, I can not believe the crap people post. Put butter in the water? Are you mad? And cannabis indica is really a good choice for insomnia. It is, what I use it, but I smoke my.
