how to make some hong kong meals typically found in the cheaper tea restaurants? I was wondering if anyone had the recipe for Chinese 'macaroni soup "that you can eat in Hong Kong restaurants, or other easy meals you can order from cheaper Chinese "cha-chaan-tenge"?

I guess you can use canned chicken broth, cook macaroni with saline so hot chicken soup and pour the soup into the bowl of macaroni in it, top with fried eggs or thinly sliced ham or sausage. (you can also cook frozen peas also)
