Sleep Disorders, Insomnia? Is my schedule crammed? Herbal (Tea, marijuana) vs. Synthetic (Ambien, Lunesta)?
Well, I'm a 19-year-old sober dude from Cali who seem to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I go to school from 5 to midnight, and I usually come home around 1 I take a shower and jump in bed. I would watch TV until I feel a little sleepy when I kill the lights (usually around 2-2:30 am or thereabouts). With the lights out I lay there unable to sleep, sometimes for up to 2 Horus. Although I'm tired I just cannot seem to fall asleep. When I actually fall asleep wake up I have every 1-2 hours for no reason, and because it takes about 15 minutes to doze off again. It happens two or three times a night and then I wake up at 10 and do so much hw as I could before my internship, which is from noon to 3 So I'm on the road to get to class at 5 and the cycle repeated (remember I live in LA, traffic, horrible.) Ive tried natural things like tea and melatonin, but they only worked for a few days. I want to take any herbal remedies instead of synthetic. Any suggestions?

Only organic will do buddy ♥ Also, try putting a few drops of pure ethereal lavender oil to a warm bath and soak for 15 minutes just before bedtime ~ the lavender oil is a great natural stress rescue medication and will relax you enormously ♥ Did you try 1mg of melatonin sublingually (dissolved under the tongue, as opposed to tablet form?) 15 minutes before bedtime ♥ any good health food store will be able to give you all these things ♥ Naturally problem will always be the best way …. : 0) hope it helps a bit cheers ♥ ♥
